Common Exchange Questions
Is it easy to exchange items?
Once your exchange is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Customers that received a damaged item, wrong item, or had a shipping issue can process an exchange for the exact same item at no shipping costs. Exchanges for a different item will result in the customer paying for shipping costs.
What do I do if my Order Number and Shipping ZIP aren't working above?
If your order was made prior to July 24th, 2020, please reach out to CustomerService@Fathead.com for assistance.
If your order was made after July 24th, 2020, please try to process your exchange using the order email above.
If there are still questions or issues, please email CustomerService@Fathead.com with all of your relevant order details.
